1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Printerpix India website and services (the “Site” and “Service”), you (“you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or Services.

2. Definitions

• “Products” means personalized photobooks, calendars, canvases and related items offered on the Site.
• “User Content” means any images, text, designs or other materials you upload or provide for customization.
• “Order” means your purchase request for one or more Products, once confirmed by us.
• “Payment Aggregator (PA)” means the third-party service provider facilitating payment transactions on our Site.

3. User Eligibility & Account Registration

You represent and warrant that you are competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. By registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. Printerpix India reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at its discretion.

4. User Content & License

By uploading or providing User Content, you grant Printerpix India a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content solely to fulfill your Orders and for marketing purposes. You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. If you remove your content, we may still use it to fulfill any Orders placed prior to removal.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing Policy
All prices, fees, discounts and promotions are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be as shown at the time your Order is placed and confirmed.

5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select PIN codes. All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.

5.3 Payment Security & RBI Compliance

• Encryption & Governance: All payment transactions are encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. We comply with the RBI's Master Direction on Digital Payment Security Controls (2021), implementing robust governance, risk management, authentication frameworks and fraud-risk controls for Internet, mobile and card-based channels.
• Card-on-File (CoF) Data: In accordance with RBI's "Restriction on Storage of Actual Card Data", merchants and their PAs may retain CoF data only for a maximum of T+4 days (where T = transaction date) or until settlement, whichever is earlier, and must purge sensitive card data thereafter.
• Data Localization: All payment system data—including customer identifiers, payment credentials and transaction details—is stored exclusively on servers located in India, per RBI circular DPSS.CO.OD No 2785/06.08.005/2017-18.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Printerpix India may refuse or cancel any Order at its discretion—for example, due to inventory shortages, inaccuracies or suspected fraud—without liability.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship your Products by the estimated delivery date. However, we are not liable for delays or damages in transit caused by third-party carriers, weather, customs or other factors beyond our control. You must provide accurate delivery information; Printerpix India is not responsible for losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only in select PIN codes. You may pay by cash or card (if accepted by our logistics partner) upon delivery. COD orders must be paid in full as shown on the shipping label. Overpayments will be refunded upon request via NEFT/IMPS to your bank account. Refusal to pay may lead to account suspension and recovery proceedings.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes (e.g., GST) levied on your Orders. If you furnish a valid GST registration number at checkout, we will include it on your invoice; otherwise, you will be treated as an unregistered customer.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Quality Issues: Report any product defects to Customer Care within 15 days of delivery.
• Return Pickup: Upon approval, we will arrange return pickup (up to three attempts). After inspection, refunds or replacements will be processed.
• Refund Settlement: Refunds for electronic payments will be credited to the original payment instrument or via an RBI-approved electronic funds transfer mode; COD refunds can be made via NEFT/IMPS. All refunds are generally processed within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of Printerpix India or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

12. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or order any User Content that:

• Violates any law or third-party rights (e.g., trademark, privacy)
• Is obscene, defamatory or infringing
• Uses protected emblems (e.g., national symbols) without authorization

Violation may result in order cancellation and termination of your account.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printerpix India, its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms or applicable laws
• Any User Content you upload or incorporate into Products

Printerpix India reserves the right to assume sole defense and control of any claim subject to indemnification.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINTERPIX INDIA AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes will first be referred to our Customer Care for amicable resolution for a period of 30 days. If not resolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any non-arbitrable disputes.

18. Changes to These Terms
